Wearables or smart wearables are electronic devices (fit bits, smartwatches) used by individuals for collecting their health information. Medical wearable devices use in the healthcare industry for patient management and disease management. Some health wearables are designed for the prevention of diseases and maintenance of health (including weight control and physical activity monitoring). The wearable technology enables continuous monitoring of personal health information through the use of various devices. Some of these devices include an electrocardiogram (ECG), ballistocardiogram (BCG), and other devices. The most commonly measured patient data includes heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, posture, physical activity, blood pressure, and body temperature.
