CPa Medical Billing (CPaMB) is a privately owned and operated company, located in East Haven, CT (just outside of New Haven, CT). Established in 2003, CPaMB was created as a customer service-oriented alternative to the big national billing companies. Founder and President, Carmen Pascarella, started CPaMB because he found that many practices were unable to manage their practice revenue and receivables. A/R Days of 45, 60, 90 or 120 were occurring too often rather than an exception. In today’s technological environment of Practice Management Systems, EHR and EDI, at least 95% of Accounts Receivable should fall between 3 and 30 days, no excuses.
