The solution will store current & historical records related to the disease and patient health, which can be easily shared /emailed to multiple care providers.
The CDM solution presented in an international healthcare conference last week received excellent response from the industry leaders. The application also got approved by IRB as a best practice/QI tool to be used in the IBD department of the New York hospital.
