Bradley Ra Aubry’s drive to build the MENTΞCH came from a personal struggle. Ra spent years in isolation, in a kind of hermit mode, with no mentorship and no community. In that silence, he was forced to turn inward, deeper into himself, deeper into spirit, to connect with his soul and uncover meaning. Along the way, Ra faced countless trials and tribulations on the journey of self-discovery, and the frustration of navigating health systems that felt unreliable and reductionist rather than integrative. Even becoming a father came with a steep learning curve trying to grow without a map for what authentic, embodied manhood should look like.
One turning point for Ra came in the middle of that isolation, when he realized he had spent months obsessing over physical strength while ignoring the mental and spiritual foundations that made strength sustainable. Ra could lift heavy weights, but wasn’t lifting himelf. That moment forced Ra to shift his focus from just building muscle to building resilience and meaning, a shift that would later shape how MENTΞCH blends body, mind, and spirit.
Another moment came when Ra became a father for the first time. He remember’s holding his child and feeling both the weight of responsibility and the fear of not being prepared. That night, Ra made a commitment to evolve, not just for himself, but for his family. It showed him that men need systems of support, technology that empowers rather than distracts, and communities that challenge us to grow into better partners, fathers, and community builders.
Ra says:
I know the battles men face: the weight of responsibility, the silence around emotional pain, the lack of spaces to grow into empowered manhood. Too often, we’re left trying to evolve without mentors, models, or communities to guide us. Yet real evolution demands integration, body, mind, and soul aligned.
That’s why MENTΞCH exists. It is digital health redesigned as a spiritual and embodied ecosystem, empowering men to not only optimize performance but to become better partners, fathers, and community builders. It gives men the tools, technology, and community to step into a higher form of manhood, one grounded in purpose, strength, and soul.
At its core, MENTΞCH is about building strong bodies and strong minds, because both are essential for men to thrive. It’s about embracing technological advancement as a tool for empowerment rather than distraction and weaving it together with practices of self-care and self-governance. For me, MENTΞCH is more than a platform, it is a movement for men’s evolution, bringing health, technology, and spiritual integration into alignment so men everywhere can rise into the leaders, partners, and fathers they were meant to be.
Today, as we interview Ra, we’ve discovered not only the depth of his professional expertise but also the passion and perspective that drive his work.
MENTΞCH was born from a clear recognition: men’s health is at a breaking point. Across fertility, mental health, performance, and longevity, men face rising challenges but have historically been underserved by traditional healthcare systems. We saw a cultural gap as much as a clinical one—where men’s wellness was either stigmatized, ignored, or reduced to fragmented fixes rather than holistic solutions.
Our inspiration came from the belief that men deserve a new model of care, one that integrates science, technology, and culture to move beyond crisis response and toward proactive optimization. MENTΞCH is not just a platform; it’s a movement to redefine masculinity through health, resilience, and evolution.
Founders often begin with a vision. What long-term goals do you see MENTΞCH achieving, both for men’s health outcomes and for reshaping the culture around men’s well-being?
Our long-term goals extend on two levels:
Ultimately, MENTΞCH is building a future where men’s health is no longer an afterthought but a driver of human potential. We envision men not just surviving but thriving, empowered by technology, grounded in science, and elevated by a culture that redefines what it means to be well, strong, and whole.
Artificial Intelligence is not just a tool in men’s health innovation—it is becoming the backbone of personalization. Men’s healthcare has historically lagged in both research depth and tailored solutions, and AI enables us to close that gap by turning fragmented data into precision insights.
AI is central to your platform. How do you evaluate which AI applications, such as predictive models for fertility, stress, or performance, create the most meaningful value for men?
When we evaluate AI applications, we look at three dimensions of value creation:
AI applications we prioritize are those that can shift men from reactive care to proactive optimization, creating a new paradigm of performance-driven, preventive health. The focus is not just on diagnosing disease but on building resilience, fertility longevity, and mental-emotional fitness—domains where men’s health has been underserved.
We believe the future of men’s health lies at the intersection of wisdom and innovation. For centuries, cultures around the world cultivated powerful healing systems—herbalism, breathwork, energy medicine, ritual—that modern medicine often overlooks. At the same time, today’s breakthroughs in diagnostics, AI, and precision medicine offer an unprecedented ability to track, measure, and predict health outcomes with scientific rigor.
The insight that inspired MENTΞCH is that neither tradition nor technology is complete on its own. Ancient practices carry evolutionary intelligence tested across generations, while medical technology provides validation, personalization, and scalability. By fusing the two, we unlock a healthcare model that is deeply human yet technologically empowered.
3a. Your approach blends evolutionary herbalism, bioenergetics, and medical astrology with advanced diagnostics. What discoveries or insights led you to integrate these methods, and what outcomes do you expect from this unique combination?
The integration arose from a simple but powerful discovery: modern medicine excels at measurement, while ancient healing excels at meaning. By bringing the two into dialogue, we can create a healthcare model that is predictive, personalized, and profoundly human.
On one side, evolutionary herbalism, bioenergetics, and medical astrology carry forward practices refined across millennia. Herbal adaptogens regulate stress, fertility, and hormonal rhythms in ways that align with the body’s natural intelligence. Bioenergetics and fascia research now validate what traditional systems long taught—that energy flow and connective tissue health are central to emotional balance, recovery, and performance. Medical astrology extends this view by mapping the rhythms of the cosmos to biological and psychological states, offering insight into the timing of interventions and the archetypal forces shaping health.
On the other side, advanced diagnostics—AI-powered biomarker tracking, hormone mapping, neuroendocrine monitoring—give us the precision to know when, how, and for whom these interventions will be most effective. They allow us to see the invisible: fertility decline before it begins, stress dysregulation before burnout, or performance breakdown before injury.
The insight that led us here is that health is not linear but multidimensional—bio, psycho, social, energetic, and even cosmic. Men’s healthcare cannot be optimized through lab data alone, nor through rituals detached from evidence. But when we weave them together, each informs the other.
From this integration, we expect transformative outcomes:
In short, our approach allows us to move from treating symptoms to cultivating whole-system vitality. This is not alternative medicine nor conventional medicine—it is the next evolution of men’s health, grounded in the wisdom of the past and the science of the future.
Technology alone does not transform health—community does. Men are far more likely to adopt new tools and sustain lifestyle changes when they feel supported, seen, and part of something larger than themselves. That is why MENTΞCH is not only building digital health technology but also cultivating a cultural movement and ecosystem around men’s wellness — a movement grounded in the sacred value of brotherhood. As the Buddha taught about the Sangha, “Not so, Ānanda! … Admirable friendship… is actually the whole of the holy life.” And as Angel Millar, author of The Path of the Warrior-Mystic: Being a Man in an Age of Chaos, reminds us, “Good conversation, good friendship, and brotherhood are among the highest gifts that anyone can receive.” Together, these truths affirm that men’s evolution is not only a matter of innovation, but of belonging — where brotherhood becomes the medicine that makes transformation possible.
4a. Beyond technology, adoption depends on community. How do you plan to encourage men to embrace MENTΞCH tools, reduce stigma, and grow a supportive health ecosystem together?
Beyond technology, adoption depends on community. For men to truly embrace MENTΞCH, the focus must be on building trust, accessibility, and cultural relevance. We plan to encourage adoption by meeting men where they are — whether that’s through digital platforms, workplace wellness initiatives, or local gatherings — and creating spaces where health is reframed as strength, not weakness. Reducing stigma means normalizing conversations around stress, fertility, performance, and emotional well-being, while showing men that these challenges are part of a shared journey rather than isolated struggles. By combining practical education with peer support and integrating modern health tools into culturally resonant narratives, MENTΞCH will grow an ecosystem that makes men feel empowered, connected, and proud to take ownership of their health.
The next five years will bring a convergence of technologies that transform men’s health from reactive care into proactive optimization. Neurotechnology will allow precise monitoring and modulation of stress, focus, and cognitive performance, helping men strengthen resilience and mental clarity. Immersive VR and AR will provide highly personalized environments for mental health, recovery, and performance training, making therapeutic and skill-building experiences more engaging and effective. Next-generation wearables will track advanced biomarkers—hormonal rhythms, metabolic function, heart-rate variability, and subtle bioenergetic signals—giving men actionable insights in real time.
Beyond these, AI-driven predictive analytics will synthesize biological, behavioral, and lifestyle data, allowing men to anticipate challenges, optimize recovery, and maintain peak performance. Evolution Medica aims to lead by integrating these tools into a holistic ecosystem, combining cutting-edge diagnostics with bioenergetics, performance psychology, and personalized guidance to create a future where men’s health is both measurable and fully optimized.
5a. Looking ahead, which innovations, such as neurotech, immersive VR, or next-gen wearables, do you believe will have the biggest impact, and how will Evolution Medica position itself to lead?
The innovations with the greatest potential to transform men’s health are those that integrate real-time data, immersive experience, and social connection. Neurotechnology will allow men to understand and optimize cognitive performance, stress resilience, and emotional regulation in ways previously unavailable. Immersive VR and AR environments will provide engaging spaces for guided mental training, recovery, and experiential learning that align mind, body, and energy. Next-generation wearables and biosensors will track advanced physiological and bioenergetic signals, giving men actionable insights to anticipate challenges and optimize their health.
Evolution Medica positions itself to lead by creating an integrated ecosystem where these technologies are not isolated tools but part of a holistic approach. Personalized protocols are combined with peer and mentor-supported community networks, ensuring that men are empowered not only with data and tools but also with accountability, connection, and shared guidance. By uniting technology, holistic health, and community, Evolution Medica ensures men can achieve sustained performance, resilience, and vitality.
MENTΞCH approaches men’s health by treating well-being as a multidimensional system. The digital ecosystem brings together health tools, AI-driven coaching, performance programs, and community platforms to foster resilience, purpose, and connection. By aligning technology with holistic principles, we support men in strengthening not only their bodies but also their emotional and spiritual well-being—creating true integration across all dimensions of health.
