Health benefits platform Collective Health announces layoffs

The company has let go of 54 employees as part of a restructuring of its workforce. 54 people have been let go by Collective Health, a platform for managing health benefits, as it reorganises its personnel to better meet client needs. Announcing the layoffs on LinkedIn, the company's CEO, Ali Diab, stated that the workers were let go owing to a "workforce reduction" and urged businesses that could come across those workers throughout the hiring process to give them "strong attention." Being a third-party health benefits administrator, Collective Health unifies the numerous benefits offered by businesses onto one platform, enabling employers to manage their offers and supporting staff members with navigating the healthcare system. "We can confirm that on Monday, we made the tough choice to say goodbye to a small portion of our workers as part of a restructuring of our company.
