At the end of the year 2022, Doha will be the center of the football world with the FIFA World Cup 2022 held in Qatar! At the beginning of 2023, from January 26 to 28, Doha will also take world center stage of the cartilage restoration and joint preservation community with the organization of the 7th ICRS Surgical Skills Course and Wet Lab, taking place at the Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital, a FIFA accredited medical centre of excellence.

This will be the first ICRS event in the Arab World, bringing together international acknowledged experts to highlight the most recent development in surgical techniques with regards to cartilage regeneration and joint preservation. A top international faculty with exceptional technical skills and long-term experience in the field of joint preservation will present, together with the local surgery team, the full portfolio of pathology and treatment strategies. Special focus will be on knee and ankle injuries with special attention in sports pathology.
