Join Dr. Brittany Watson and Dr. Juliana Morris in a case-based workshop on advocacy and activism. The session will begin with a grounding exercise where participants are prompted to reflect on the position and lens they bring to the community. You will then be led through patient cases that will highlight various advocacy issues and you will examine the case through the positionality of various perspectives. The workshop will conclude with an overview of general strategies for health worker advocacy and resources.
