There’s still more to learn! Building off of our first DataJam webinar, this webinar will feature presentations from three additional winners of AcademyHealth’s 2022 Health Equity DataJam. The 2022 Health Equity DataJam challenged participants to transform raw data from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services into actionable insights to bridge disparities of health, including those exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure equitable access and wellness for all. Participants chose from one of four challenge tracts that included Access to Care, COVID-19 and Health Equity, Kidney Care and Health Equity, and Lyme Innovation and Health Equity.
