TEDCON combines Trauma, Emergency Medical, Disaster Preparedness, and Public Health concepts into a one and one half day conference. The purpose of the conference is to collaborate across the disciplines of Disaster Management, EMS, Trauma, and Public Health to create one cohesive conference and learning environment. These four disciplines are integral to each other and must collaborate to achieve success. During times of need, such as a mass casualty incident or community stressor, these four specialties must seamlessly work together for optimal outcomes.
