NEXT will gather current and future change-makers to examine models of leadership and the most pressing issues facing industry executives. With a focus on women leaders in financial services, this event is designed to accelerate the C-suite community of tomorrow through sessions built around personal and professional development.

Over the course of three days, attendees will hone their leadership skills, learning tactics from other inspirational women that address navigating office politics, becoming a more powerful voice for diversity, equity and inclusion, and much more. The event will also celebrate honorees of the NEXT list, presented by American Banker, PaymentsSource, and Digital Insurance. These are high-achieving executives ages 40 and under who have been identified by senior leaders and mentors as executing major internal projects, initiating meaningful change, and shaping the future of financial services.
