Join us for a demo and functionality review by MEDITECH of their Health Tracker Application. We will also cover the development of site initial use cases, plan of care, timelines, and project plans. The demo will show an overview of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) device set-up and the Care Manager Desktop to monitor and manage all aspects of the Plan of Care.
We will be joined by Keith Willey, CIO, Val Verde Regional Medical Center, to share lessons learned during their successful implementation including options for wearable devices, third-party device packages, and integration of these items with the Patient Portal.
