The Second Colloquium on Chronic Illness Care

On behalf of the Nethersole School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, I would like to warmly invite you to attend the Second Colloquium on Chronic Illness Care which will be held on 8-10 July 2020 in Hong Kong.With the increasing prevalence of complex chronic illnesses, there is a pressing need for research- and practice-based innovations to optimise chronic illness care, and to effectively reduce the related burdens on clients and health care systems.This second colloquium, themed ‘Driving Innovations and Advancing Science in Chronic Illness Care’, aims to provide an international multidisciplinary platform for health care providers, academics and researchers to share their visions and passions for advancing chronic illness care through impactful research and innovations.Internationally renowned scholars and experts will be invited as keynote speakers to share their insightful views and experiences in chronic illness care.Following the colloquium, professional workshops will be organised to equip participants with knowledge and skills in interpreting, planning and conducting systematic reviews.
