This year’s meeting will focus on”Embracing the Possibilities” in career development.Activities will purposefully tie the social platform presence and Collaborating Network Building into MCH Leadership Competencies.This will be through active participation, interactive exercises, skill-sharing and sharing of presentations.Current trainees will learns how to translate the leadership skills learned in training into the workforce.Former trainees will learn skills to assist in moving forward in their careers.All participants will articulate their overarching career goals and develop concrete skills necessary to achieve this.
