Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) is the most common malignant tumour of the endocrine system. The aim of this study was to establish a nomogram for simply and effectively predicting DTC.
Key independent predictors of cancer included female sex, age under 55, solid tumour features, hypoechogenicity, irregular margins, microcalcifications, taller-than-wide shape, and lymphadenopathy, suggesting that combining these variables into a model helps improve early detection decisions.
