Remote care strategies, including telemedicine, remote monitoring, and connected health devices, are increasingly used to support chronic condition management and adherence to provider-recommended care plans. Evaluating participant satisfaction and perceived usefulness is essential to understanding program value and potential for sustained engagement.
The study shows that combining remote device monitoring, personalized follow-up, and patient education under a remote-care model can significantly boost patient satisfaction — which is vital for US healthcare systems looking to expand telehealth for chronic diseases.
