Patients Don’t Realize That Conversational AI is Transforming Healthcare - And That’s Why It’s Working
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to take a critical look at how we engage with patients, pushing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to the forefront. But with greater demand for AI solutions, the intelligent use of technology has become critical. In particular, technology that’s easy to use and that’s fast to deploy will help fuel the next phase of digital transformation.
I spoke with Greg Johnsen, CEO of Lifelink Systems, a technology company that is helping large healthcare systems and life sciences reimagine the patient experience through conversational AI. I wanted to understand how smart, automated digital assistants that interact using language can provide unlimited conversational scale as that has become a priority as the industry recovers from the Covid-19 pandemic and navigates a severe labor shortage.
