Medigy: Retrograde Obturation

Retrograde obturation is a technique used in endodontics (root canal therapy) to fill the root canal system of a tooth after the pulp has been removed. The technique involves filling the root canals from the back of the tooth towards the front, rather than the traditional method of filling from the front towards the back. This technique is often used when the traditional method is not feasible, such as when the root canals are severely curved or when the tooth has multiple canals. The retrograde obturation technique can be done using various materials such as gutta-percha and sealer, with or without the use of a microscope.
