Dispensed medication histories, which are widely available in real time, are useful for alerting providers about poorly adherent patients and those who will be non-adherent several months later. The Medication Possession Ratio (MPR) monitor application uses an algorithm developed at Boston Children’s Hospital to predict poor medication adherence based on the patient’s prescription and fill history.

ClinDat is designed with two interfaces specifically optimized for the distinct needs of patients and physicians.
